Purchasing process. The advantages of registering.
PURCHASING PROCESS
1.- First, we recommend reading the TERMS OF USE of our Website (Legal notice, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions of Online Purchase).
- If you are already a registered user, sign in (optional).
- If this is your first purchase, register and sign in as a registered user (optional).
2.- Choose the products you want to purchase and add them to your shopping basket.
3.- Once you have added all the items, select PROCESS ORDER.
- Enter your billing information (this information will be completed automatically if you are signed in).
- If you want to send the order to a different address, select the corresponding option. Then, enter the delivery address and select UPDATE SHIPPING COSTS.
Shipping costs are calculated when you enter the delivery address based on the weight or volume of your order. Certain products and/or orders may be eligible for free shipping within the Spanish peninsula.
If the shipping cost is not shown for an order after entering a different delivery address, we will indicate the shipping cost before dispatching the order.
Please note that if the delivery cost is not listed, you must pay it in addition to the total amount of the order.
Select a payment method.

- Cash on delivery
- Transfer to our bank account (in this case, we will send the account number for the transfer).
Send the order.
4.- If you selected an electronic payment method, make the payment.
5.- You will receive an automatic email from the server confirming that your order has been placed successfully (including the order details and terms and conditions).
6.- Once the payment has been received, your order will be sent in accordance with the established shipping times and terms and conditions.
