Hermanos Hoyos S.L. was founded in La Alberca, one of the most quintessential villages of the Sierra de Salamanca mountain range and home to the company’s factory. The village boasts the exceptional climate of the Natural Park of Las Batuecas - Sierra de Francia (Biosphere Reserve) and a long tradition of producing Iberian pork products.
We are a family business with a long history in the cured meat sector, firmly rooted in the traditional methods and expertise of La Alberca and the mountainous region in south of the province of Salamanca.
Our factory in La Alberca receives the finest Iberian pigs raised in the pastures of Salamanca, Extremadura and Andalusia
After a rigorous process of quality assurance and food safety (in addition to the methods adopted at the origin), we produce cured hams and meats by adhering to traditional recipes and the ideal curing times for each product.
